In a Few Steps to Your Individual and Tailored AVGS Coaching
Step 1
Choose Your Coach
In a free, non-binding initial consultation with the coach of your choice, we explain the concrete steps to obtain an AVGS (Activation and Placement Voucher) and gladly assist you in applying for the voucher. We provide you with all information about the process of individual coaching and create an offer tailored to your personal needs for the Employment Agency or Jobcenter. If you already have a voucher, it will be submitted directly after the initial consultation to the responsible educational provider. Once approved by the agency, the coaching can begin.  
Step 2
Consultation with the Employment Agency / Jobcenter
The Employment Agency/Jobcenter advises you on the conditions and requirements for coaching funding. Afterwards, you receive an Activation and Placement Voucher (AVGS). This covers the costs for professional job coaching and profiling. Further information can be found online at the Employment Agency.
Step 3
Start your job coaching
Your job coaching begins with joint planning and discussion of the coaching sessions. These take place either on-site or online – depending on what suits you best. Before we can start, we need the approval from the responsible authority. Once this is available, we support you specifically in finding your career path and getting closer to your vocation step by step.

Your next career step
With a clear strategy, you’re ready for a fresh professional start. Your success matters to us! After the coaching, there’s often a meeting with your contact at the Employment Agency or Jobcenter to discuss your progress and next steps.
