This combination of sound theoretical knowledge, practical experience, and ongoing professional development allows me to work with a wide range of proven methods, tools, and strategies – tailored precisely to the individual needs of my clients.

What defines you as a coach?

What sets me apart as a coach is the blend of curiosity, empathy, and analytical clarity. I meet my clients with genuine interest and appreciation – while also maintaining a keen eye for patterns, potentials, and opportunities for growth.

My background in business psychology, systemic coaching, and agile organizational development enables me to grasp complex issues quickly and provide solution-oriented guidance – both on an individual and organizational level.

I don’t follow a rigid formula – instead, I develop customized learning and development paths with the goal of fostering sustainable change and true self-efficacy.

Which coaching methods do you use?

In my coaching, I combine well-founded psychological approaches with modern methods of personal development and organizational psychology. I work integratively – meaning I draw from a broad spectrum of proven techniques and select what best suits the person or team in front of me.

In practice, this includes elements from systemic therapy and consulting, hypnosystemic concepts inspired by Gunther Schmidt, NLP at various levels (up to Trainer), and the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) to work with deeper patterns. Methods such as Core Transformation or Analog Brief Interventions help anchor change not only cognitively but emotionally as well.

Additionally, aspects of Positive Psychology, Mental Health Coaching, and Agile Organizational Development are integrated – depending on whether the focus is on personal issues, relationship or team dynamics, or corporate change processes.

What particularly interests me is the question: What is truly needed for sustainable development to occur? For that, I listen carefully – and combine structure with intuition.

What do your coachees appreciate about you?

Many coachees say they feel both safe and challenged with me – a combination that makes real development possible. They value my clarity, my ability to approach even difficult topics with sensitivity and structure, and my eye for resources and new perspectives.

A comment I hear particularly often:
“You’re able to explain complex connections in a way I can really understand – and actually use.”

This blend of empathy, optimism, and methodological diversity creates space for lasting transformation – whether on a personal, professional, or relationship level.
